I was incredibly happy when I received this product on multiple levels. Number one, customer service is so kind and helpful when I needed to change my order. They helped me in all the right ways. Second of all, the product itself is great. Lightweight, not bulky, perfect fitting for my height (which can be a struggle to find solid crutches). The colors are really fun too and make it a lot less boring, a lot less bland. Gives me confidence :) Definitely recommend!
I borrowed Walk Easy crutches from a friend, and they were much better than the Euro style (fixed cuff was a problem) and the Guardian pair (too heavy) that I have used in the past.
