For International clients, please call 1-561-276-3900 to place your order, for order confirmation, to track your order or to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Walk Easy sells and ships its products to all 50 states and internationally to most countries. We do not ship to countries which do not appear in the "Shipping Country" pull-down menu or to APO or FPO addresses.
Sales to end users only
The Walk Easy online store sells and ships products to end user customers only.
If you are not satisfied with your Walk Easy purchase, please call 1-800-441-2904 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 5 business days of receiving your order. If items are returned undamaged in their original packaging, we will either exchange them or offer a full refund (less shipping) based on your original payment method. The product(s) must be returned to Walk Easy within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA.
NOTE: Walk Easy recommends that you
(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and
(2) either insure your package for safe return to Walk Easy or declare the full value of the shipment. This protects you if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Walk Easy is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
If you discover what you believe is a defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. Please be ready to provide us with the date of your order, order number and nature of the defect.
Proof of purchase
You will receive an email order confirmation for all orders placed online at www.walkeasy.com. An original invoice will also be sent with your actual order.
We send out shipping confirmation emails for all orders placed at www.walkeasy.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for receipt of your shipping confirmation. For all shipping methods except Priority Mail or International Airmail, we also provide the tracking number for your order - this allows you to track your order via the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx or DHL).
Walk Easy offers "cut-to-length" forearm crutches and other custom products and we encourage you to review custom orders carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, your order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
Returns or exchanges on custom-ordered products will be accepted only if Walk Easy failed to follow your specifications.
Credit Card - you may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or telephone). Once your order is placed, Walk Easy obtains pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs only when your order ships. Walk Easy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If your credit card is declined or if we have reason to believe that it is otherwise invalid, we reserve the right to contact you by email or telephone to verify your information and/or request payment via an alternate method.
Cashier's Check or Money Order - Walk Easy accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, please select "Prepay by cashier's check" or "Prepay by money order" when placing your order online. The cashier's check or money order must be made payable to Walk Easy, Inc. and include your order number and/or a copy of your order.

If you have selected to prepay for your order, we must receive payment within 10 business days or your order may be canceled. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order once we have received payment.
Due to the nature of the products sold by Walk Easy, most items incur no sales tax. However, circumstances may require sales tax applied to some accessory items and/or Walk Easy merchandise. Whether you phone in your order or order online, we will provide the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges.
For international orders, customs duties and tariffs apply at varying rates depending on your country of residence. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Walk Easy endeavors to offer competitive prices on current products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus applicable sales tax, if any, and shipping charges. Walk Easy reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at its online store at any time.
Walk Easy makes every effort to ship your product according to estimated lead times. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding weekday holidays. However, due to changes in product availability, this can vary.
Once your order ships, we will confirm shipment by email and provide a tracking number if this option is available with your shipping method. Currently, all shipping methods except U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and International Airmail offer tracking numbers. Please follow the email instructions to track your order.
